Using Eativa
Eativa is a personal food and training journal. Sign-in and a valid subscription, eligible three-day pass or complimentary grant are required for full access. Keep access to your account secure. Do not misuse the service or upload unlawful content.
Three-day introductory pass
The eligible first-time offer is a paid, one-time three-day pass. It is not a free trial. It lasts 72 hours from purchase, does not auto-renew and does not automatically turn into a subscription. Afterwards, continuing requires a separate weekly or yearly purchase. The App Store confirms the price in your currency before payment. Restoring purchases does not restart an expired pass.
Weekly and yearly subscriptions
The paywall and Apple confirmation show the full price and billing period before purchase. A yearly plan is billed once per year, not weekly; a displayed weekly equivalent is a price comparison only.
Payment is charged to your Apple account when confirmed. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within the final 24 hours of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your Eativa account does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases restores eligible access. Apple handles purchase and refund requests.
Estimates, not medical care
Calories, portions, macros, transcriptions, exercise parsing and projected weight changes may be inaccurate. Review estimates before saving and correct your records when needed. No weight change, training result or other outcome is guaranteed. Calorie-input limits are product limits, not a medical assessment of what is appropriate for you.
Ory provides general educational fitness information, not diagnosis, treatment or personalized medical care. Consult a qualified professional for your individual needs, especially if pregnant, postpartum, under medical care or managing a health condition. Eativa is not an emergency service.
Your content and account
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit the processing needed to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Optional AI processing is subject to the choices explained there. You can export your journal and request account deletion in the app.
App license
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
